I am in "recovery" for ed-nos (started as bulimia about 4 years ago, then I would allow myself to eat only 15 calories in a sitting, 3-5 times a day, or I would have to purge immediately, no binging allowed). Honestly, I wish my recovery process hadn't gone so well. Logically, I know what it does to my health, but that doesn't change how I see myself, and standard diet and exercise doesn't work. Especially when you're what is supposedly "underweight" (just barely).

It wouldn't let me put a goal weight below 100
My ultimate goal has always been 97 lbs (it keeps my bmi above 14 so that's not too bad). Why didn't I get there before? When I was at 115, I got in a car accident. I ended up getting hospitalized, not due to anything related to the accident, but because of heart problems related to my disorder. Of course, I then got sent into a recovery program.
I've been considered "recovered" for about a year now, so I figure I'm safe in trying again.
